The registration fee includes: abstracts (in digital form), coffee breaks, lunches, all conference material, admission to company exhibition, opening reception and the banquet. Accompanying person fee covers the opening reception and the banquet.

Abstracts will be prepared according to the EFMC9 template and submitted through the Conference website (www.efmc9.eu). The selection will be based on one-page abstracts including one supporting figure.The accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions. English is the official language of the Conference.
